Absolutely no smoking of any substance, no vaping or e-cigarettes, inside the house. If you smoke outside, pick up your butts.
We provide access to Wi-FI with a 1GB modem, but please be aware, Page is a small town in a remote area, the internet sometimes goes up & down for no apparent reason. We provide smart TVs with Netflix.

I am available nearly all the time via text, email, or phone, but do not live in Page. Camilla, the local host  will check in with you and can answer any questions. My neighbor across the street, Dean, is available as an emergency local contact, too.

We are in a recently built area on the edge of the neighborhood known as the Ranchettes, generally it is more peaceful than being in the middle of town. If you have ATVs, you are on the brink of miles and miles of desert trails. You have a view of a mesa to the south nearby and the Vermillion Cliffs to the west and are only five minutes from the Walmart super center and some restaurants and ten minutes from the center of town
The town of Page is quite small, so nothing is very far away.

Our place is situated on the edge of town, 5 minutes from Wal-Mart Super Store and many fast food locations, 5-10 minutes from Safeway and all sorts of sit down restaurants plus Lake Powell Massage, which I highly recommend after a long active day!

* The photos of the lake are taken from the lake, there are no houses on the lake, Lake Powell is in Glen Canyon Recreational Area and no homes are built there.*

In the middle of the Grand Circle, you are:
* 5-10 minutes to various options in Page: SUP, rafting, canyon tours, etc.
* 5-10 minutes from the Rimrock Trail which surrounds the town and allows a pleasant long or short walk, dog walk, bike ride, etc.
* 10 minutes from Horseshoe Bend, AZ
* 10 minutes from the world famous Antelope Canyons
* 10 minutes from Lake Powell
* 10 minutes from the Glen Canyon Dam and some rafting starts
* 45 minutes from Lee's Ferry/Marble Canyon, popular start to rafting the Grand Canyon

We also own and rent out the house next door, a large group could easily rent both homes.

A cleaning fee is added when you reserve.
A pet fee will be added to any group bringing a pet, this has to be manually once you’ve paid in full for the booking($50)
No parties, no extra guests beyond the original agreed number without permission.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Self check in after 5PM, please text Camilla your arrival time if at all possible Self check out by 10AM, please text Camilla your planned check out time if possible Absolutely no smoking inside the house, you will be charged a $100 smoke amelioration fee if you smoke in the house, including in the bathroom with the fan on. Please feel free to step outside the front or back to smoke, just clean up your butts. Dogs are allowed with specific permission of the owner, the dog must be crated if you leave them home alone (crate provided.) Please pick up any dog waste before you leave. (there is a $50 pet fee to be added to the reservation after booking)Only registered and pre-approved guests on the property No events Please respect the neighbors and keep quiet between 10PM and 8AM Please wash your dishes & leave the kitchen neat Please strip the beds you use If you break something let us know, ASAP, so we can replace it for the next guest We do have a pak & play for young kids, but we are not childproofed. $300 refundable damage deposit as a hold on your credit card For VRBO, whilst cancellation sooner than 60 days before the booking start date allows a full refund, credit card fees will only be refunded if the processor refunds them. AirBnB allows you to request an early check in time, I cannot accept reservations with early check in required. We are always happy to offer early check in, but the availability depends entirely on the check out time of the previous guest & ability to have the home clean & ready.
My husband and I live in Washington state and have always loved to visit Lake Powell, now we have a vacation home in Page and that's what we are sharing with you. Personally, I love to travel to places where I can stay long enough to get the feel for the people and the area, some of my favourites are France (Dordogne region); UK (Scotland); & Canada (Vancouver Island) and I hope to add to that list in the future. I love to read, walk in nature with my dog, and spend time with family -3 adult kids and 2 grandkids, so far. We are happy to share our love of the Lake Powell region with you and have ideas to help you make the best of your trip.
